摘要 <p>Engine (1, 2) has an exhaust gas (4) driven compressor (3). The compressor output enters a first heat exchanger (5). The heat exchanger receives its heat from the engine cooling system which contains a three way valve (8) and a thermostat (9) to keep the cooling system at a constant temperature when running. The compressor output next enters a second heat exchanger having a lower temperature then the engine water cooling circuit. The cooling effect of the second heat exchanger is suspended during slow running and low loads and regulated in dependence with the engine air intake temperature.</p>
