Fixed spring loaded contact element - has stamping with curved prongs engaging in contact region to prevent axial movement

A plug connector where the plug section is provided with a spring loaded contact element which is prevented from moving in the axial direction. The contact resistance per unit length is kept as low as possible by a large number of contact stampings. The contact strips (31') are made with cut out prongs (32') which are bent outwards relative to the plug-in axis. A section of the prong is corrugated in the region (33') where it makes contact. The radius of curvature in this region is larger than half the width of the unstressed contact element. the corrugated section covers more than half the size of the prong.
