<p>The compsns. contain finely divided placental tissue and/or umbilical cord tissue, which has pref. been treated with a eutrophic agent, in a specific serum and in the presence of a known neurovegetative disconnecting agent. The eutrophic and neurovegetative disconnecting agent is pref. procaine or novocaine. The compsns. are prepd. by washing the placenta in serum, treating with 2% procaine at -4 degrees C, removing the placental tissue and finely dividing it, then diluting with an equal vol. of 2% procaine.</p> |
