PURPOSE:A part or the whole of the surroundings of an optical path form a light source to a slit is covered with a material that does not allow transmission of ultraviolet rays, whereby leakage of the ultraviolet rays to places other than required positions is prevented and the ozonization of oxygen in air is prevented. |
