PURPOSE:The voltage based on memory signal whose elements are reverse each other in binary display is given to 2-common line simultaneously to secure a large amount of voltage difference. In this way, a sufficiently high-speed operation is secured, at the same time ensuring comparatively high-sensitive operation with reduced noise. |
