<p>The processs is for thawing out tent-type roofs, with regulation according to the snow loading. A heating appliance (9) is brought into operation by a switch (1) mounted under the roof (3). This makes contact, under snow loading, by weight metering surface. Under the effect of the heat given off by this, the snow is thawed and flows down as water until the remaining load on the roof is small enough for the heating appliance to be switched off, by virtue of the reduced effect on the weight metering surface. The appliance may be mounted under the roof, blowing out hot air by jets (12).</p> |
