PURPOSE:To provide a tape guiding apparatus and method of manufacturing the same, in which magnetic tape is passed around a guide groove that is formed by the peripheral portions of a first and a second drums, so that recording and reproducing can be achieved by the magnetic head that is provided on the first drum; and resin laver having a high coefficient of friction than material of the second drum is provided for achieving stable feeding of the magnetic tape.
