<p>The connector is for use between plates at right angles to each other, particularly in shelves and pieces of furniture. It comprises a square-section bar (1) with through drillings (2, 2') in pairs at right angles to each other. A cylindrical dowel (3) fits in each drilling, and is of greater length. The protruding ends of the dowels can fit in blind holes (4) in the end faces of the plates (5) to be joined together. The connector can be of wood, and its dia. can be the same as the thickness of the plates.</p> |
