Rule for calculating goods delivery time - takes into account average speed, waiting time and volume of goods delivered to several customers

The rule is for calculating the theoretical time necessary for making an out and return road delivery. The time being a function of the volume of the product to be delivered, the number of clients, the go and return distance and of the usual average speed. The rule carries on a fixed part a 24 hour scale and on a movable cursor a scale which indicates volume of products delivered in cubic meters. Preceded by a division for 'wait at depot', the rule has a scale numbered 1 to 10 for delivery points, a scale for waiting time and a scale for distance travelled at average speeds of 20, 30, 40, and 50 km/hour.
