The inserts can be made of materials of different densities, to suit persons of different weight, and they can be made of foam material and reversible. There can be a number of different cavities, accommodating inserts supporting different parts of the body. The insert can be plain on one side and cellular on the other, the cellular side being used when ventilation is required.
