<p>Appts. of parent patent is for regenerating dirty plastic waste, esp. plastic film, by washing, disintegrating, agglomerating and granulating the waste in a single vessel. At the bottom of vessel there is at least one beater tool driven by an electrical machine is rotatably mounted. In the addition, the electrical power of the drive machine can be regulated during the whole regenerating process, at a more or less constant value by changing the machine speed and/or the flow resistance between the beater tool and the material filling the vessel, as a function of the load current of the machine. The electrical power of the drive machines is pref. adjustable to the nominal power rating. By better utilisation of the motor power during the regeneration, a smaller and cheaper motor can be used for the same with load than in the normal case where the motor current is not regulated.</p> |
