The electric heater (2) positioned underneath the oil supply container (1) is controlled by a thermostat (3) and switched on at the same time as the vacuum pump for the miling-machine. A capillary tube (4) coiled in the bottom (1') of the container (1) sucks oil into the vacuum pump. In front of the capillary tube (4) is a ventilation-pipe (6) connected to the suction-pipe (5). Air is sucked into the suction pipe (5) by the ventilation-pipe (6) so that there is not a complete vacuum in the capillary pipe (4). When the vacuum pump is operating, lubricating oil is sucked out of the suction-pipe (5). When the ambient temp. is low, the lubricating-oil in the oil-container (1) is at first viscous so that it is not sucked in the suction pipe (5) through the capillary tube (4). When the heater (2) is switched on, the oil is warmed, and begins to flow through the capillary tube (4).
|
