PURPOSE:To prepare the title recording medium excellent in light fastness and heat stability, imparting good contrast and possible in coating by containing a specific compound in a recording layer. CONSTITUTION:A compound represented by formula (I) is contained in a recording layer. In the formula, M is a metal atom belonging to the Groups VIII, Ib, IIb, IIIa, IVa, Va, VIa and VIIa, R1-R8 are a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an acylamino group, an amino group, an alkoxyycarbonylamino group, an alkylsulfonylamino group, an aryl group, a dialkylamino group, an acyl group or an acyloxy group or may be fused to other aromatic ring, n and o are an integer of 0-4, m and l are an integer of 0-3, Z1 and Z2 are a cycloalkyl group or a heterocycloalkyl group and R' and R'' are the same substituent as R1-R9, R<1> may be two or more and A is an anion. |
