The soil cultivation machine has a number of rotors on vertical shafts, each equipped with soil cultivation tools having two or more rotary tines.The centres of the members on a rotor are less than 50cm apart. The angle between a tool spindle and its rotor shaft can be between 5 and 10 deg. approximately, the spindle being further from the shaft at the top than at the bottom.There can be two tools on each rotor, on opposite sides of the shaft of the latter, mounted on extension arms of the rotor. Each member can have three tines evenly spaced round the periphery
