The fly screen uses the fitted elements of a roll shutter and consists of a fabric sheet /2/ with suitably sized meshes, fitted at top and bottom with rigid slats /3, 4/ having a thickness to fit the gap of the U-shaped side guide rails /5/ of a roll shutter. The slats have a hook-shaped extension by which they can be connected to the uppermost link of the roll shutter with the link /11/ shaped in a complementary manner. The bottom slat /4/ contains cavity /17/ with sliding bolt /18/ by which it can be locked into position. The sheet of fabric has a bead /22/ which is slid into the hollow part /23/ of the top and bottom slats /4, 6/.
