PURPOSE:To complete the adhesive process of both members simultaneously with the completion of molding of a product of a member for a retainer, by a method wherein at the time of the molding of the member for the retainer, a sealing member molded in advance is left behind in a mold, and a part of a molding cavity of a member for the retainer is formed with the said molded product of the sealing member. CONSTITUTION:The first cavity 7 for molding of a sealing member 2 is formed of combination of the first divided mold group comprised of a bottom force 3 and the first intermediate force 4 with the second divided mold group comprised of the second intermediate force 5 and first top force 6. After cure of a molding material for the sealing member 2 through reaction by casting the same into the said cavity 7 through a casting port 8 of the first top force 6, the first and second divided mold groups are broken and the third divided mold group comprised of the third intermediate force 9 and second top force 10 is prepared in place of the second divided mold group. The molded product of the sealing member 2 is left behind in the first divided mold group as it is, the first and third divided mold group are clamped, the second cavity 11 for molding of a member 1 for a retainer is formed and a molding material of the member 1 for the retainer is cast into the said cavity 11 through a casting port 12 of the second top force 10. |
