PURPOSE:To prevent the warpage deformation of a holding plate, to improve the accuracy of the long dimensions of an electronic part while enhancing operating efficiency and to reduce cost required for coating by installing a magnetic substance extending over the whole rear of the holding plate. CONSTITUTION:A holding plate 10 is formed tabularly of a soft elastic body such as a rubber, a soft synthetic resin or the like, a sheet metal 11 is disposed in tension extending over the whole rear, the sheet metal 11 is made of a magnetic substance such as low carbon steel, stainless steel in low chromium or the like, and a large number of holes are bored. Holes 13 for mounting are bored to sections corresponding to each hole of the sheet metal 11 so as to be penetrated from a surface 10a to the rear in the plate 10, and electronic parts 1 are pushed and inserted into each in each hole 13 so that one end faces 1a of the electronic parts 1 are projected only by the same height dimensions from the surface 10a of the plate 10. Since the plate 10 is abutted against a plane in a supporter made of an electromagnet and electricity is conducted through the electromagnet, the plate 10 is fast stuck to the supporter by the sheet metal 11, warpage deformation is removed, the accuracy of the long dimensions of the parts 1 is improved, and operating efficiency is enhanced while cost required for coating can be reduced. |
