<p>Cavity wall with ventilation from behind for drying comprises on the inner surface of the inner shell an insualting layer, and between this and the outer shell at least one cavity which extends over the height of the wall. One of the shells, e.g. the outer one, is arranged at the bottom during mfr., and on top of it is provided a gap (a) corresp. to the subsequent air gap and temporarily filled with filling material e.g. sand and/or provided with spacers which, where no sand is used, are sealed off at the sides and on the outside. On top of the gap is placed the insulating panel made of polystyrene, and finally with an intermediate mortar layer the innter shell is placed on top. The whole assembly is vibrated in this position and allowed to set, then the sand is let out.</p> |
