<p>1466169 Container for a table tennis bat or similar article S G HJELMQUIST 6 May 1974 [7 May 1973] 19838/74 Heading B8P In a container for a table tennis bat, separation of a bottom part 1 from a cover part 2 which is shaped to conform to the bat and is slidably assembled with the bottom part, is resisted by engagement of a tongue 3 foldably carried by the bottom part in a recess 8 in the cover part. Three edges of the cover part have turned over portions 5 which form slide channels and a stop abutment for the bottom part. The cover part also includes stacking projections 12, the tops of which lie in the same plane as the tops of the recess 8 and a shaped portion 10 accommodating the bat handle, this plane extending parallel to that occupied by the bottom part. The cover part 3 is transparent and includes a recess (13), Fig. 1 (not shown), accommodating a booklet or note pad.</p> |
