1416652 Electromagnetic switches SIEMENS AG 18 March 1974 [26 April 1973] 11982/74 Heading H1N Resilient mounting of a laminated electrical contactor core 7 having two polepieces is effeeted by provision in two apertured core projections 10, projecting out from opposite sides of the core in the plane of the two polepieces, of at least one resilient bush extending in the aperture of each projection around a fixing pin 11 connected to the base plate of the contactor housing 1 via' bearing blocks. The coil formers 8 of the contactor are retained on the polepieces of the core by a spring 18 co-operating with hookshaped projections 28 on the formers, a part of each resilient bush being interposed between each former and the core to provide a resilient bearing for the former. The spring 18 is fixed by a rivet 20 to a bracket which is held in the contactor body.
