Novel title cpds. are of formula:- (where R1 is Me or Et; R2 is n-Pr, iso-Bu or sec-Bu; R3 and R4 are independently H, Cl, Br, Me or Et; R5 is OCOCH3, O-(3-5C)-alkenyl, O-(3-5C)-alkynyl, O-(1-4C)alkylene-O-(1-4C)-alkyl, -OCH2CCl=CH2, OCH2CH=CHCl, -SCH2C6H5, -S-(3-5C)-alkenyl, SCN, -CH2CCl=CH2, -CH2CH=CHCl, CHO, -CH=N-(1-4C)-alkyl, -CH=N-NH-(1-4C)alkyl, or -CH=N-N((1-4C)alkyl)2; and X is O or S), are prepd. by reacting R1O(R2S)P(X)Cl and MO-C6H2R3R4R5 (where M = H, alkali metal, or (alkyl)NH4).
