PURPOSE: To improve the heating efficiency of heater elements to a heated body by easily making the heater elements contact tightly and flatly to the surface of the heated body with an aluminum sheet. CONSTITUTION: A long heater main body 1 having an electric insulation property and flexibility is provided. Multiple heater elements 2 made of a positive- characteristic thermistor ceramic are sealed in the heater main body 1 along the longitudinal direction of the heater main body 1. A pair of feeder wires 3 for exciting the heater elements 2 respectively are sealed in the heater main body 1. A film-like aluminum sheet 8 having heat conductivity is brought into contact with at least the surface on one side of multiple heater main bodies 1. |
