PURPOSE:To conduct the expression of sharp irregular patterns and the molding of a sheet simultaneously by previously forming the irregular patterns to a wadding material and fast sticking a skin to the irregular patterns. CONSTITUTION:Heat-fusing adhesive sheets 4, 5 are interposed between a skin 1 and a wadding material 2 having irregularities and between the wadding material 2 and a pad 3 respectively, and set to a molding die and pressed. A large number of steam ports 6a, 6a... are bored to a top face, on which a laminate is set, in a bottom force 6. The laminate is held by the bottom force 6 and a top force 7, and the steam chest 6b of the bottom force 6 is supplied with steam S under a pressed state. Accordingly, the heat-fusing adhesive sheets 4, 5 are melted and the skin 1 and the wadding material 2 and the wadding material 2 and the pad 3 are bonded while the same irregular patterns as the irregular patterns of the wadding material 2 are formed to the skin 1. |
