The piercing and bending machine has a common drive and a central disc with adjustable bending stations. The central position of the piercing arrangement can be adjusted relative to the centre of the disc. This ensures that the relative displacements between piercing and bending mechanisms ensure optimum adaptation to given production operation. The piercing (2) and bending (4) mechanisms are separate units and held on a stand (1). The piercing mechanism can be firmly connected to the stand. The bending unit can slide on the stand or rotate, and can be locked in its adjusted position. The units can have a separate housings.
