5-(2-Imidazolin-2-ylamino)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazoles of the formula I <IMAGE> in which R1, R2 and R3 have the meaning stated in the Claim, and their acid addition salts are prepared. The process is based on reaction of a compound of the formula II <IMAGE> in which R4 is a reactive group which can be eliminated, or of its acid addition salts, with ethylenediamine or its monoacid addition salts. The compounds of the formula I act against rigor and have myotonolytic and muscle-relaxant effects. |
