PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display various services in a service list.SOLUTION: A reading unit reads bookmark information about a bookmark for registering a service; an acquisition unit obtains service information for making a user use a service that is registered in a memory region of an IC chip; and a display control unit controls, on the basis of the service information and bookmark information, display of a list in which a plurality of services containing either the service registered in the memory region of the IC chip or a service bookmark that is a bookmark of the service which is not registered in the memory region of the IC chip are displayed. In the list, when the service bookmark is selected by the user and a browser on which a screen of a site corresponding to the selected service bookmark is displayed is operated by the user, the service corresponding to the service bookmark is registered in the memory region of the IC chip.
