PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the space for mounting by using an electrically conductive rubber even when the pitch of electrode terminals of a liquid crystal panel is small, by disposing the electrically conductive rubber to electrically connect a circuit board and the liquid crystal panel and disposing an elastic member in contact with the conductive rubber to prevent the conductive rubber from falling. SOLUTION: Burrs in the peripheral part of a liquid crystal panel are absorbed by an elastic member 3 assembled in a panel frame 1 and the panel is fixed to the panel frame 1. The elastic member 3 consists of a rubber which is formed into a shape to be assembled in a specified groove of the panel frame 1 to prevent an electrically conductive rubber 6 from falling. By this constitution, the liquid crystal panel 2 is fixed by the elastic member 3 to the panel frame 1, the position of the liquid crystal panel 2 in the panel frame 1 does not move after the electrode terminals formed in the liquid crystal panel 2 are aligned to the electrode terminals formed in the circuit board 4. Therefore, even when the a liquid crystal panel having a narrow pitch of electrode terminals is used, mounting while saving the space is possible by using the conductive rubber 6.
