PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out assembly without requiring any exclusive tools for the assembly, and at the same time to prevent electrical insulation filler from overflowing to the outside by providing an electrical insulation filler overflow well at a corner of an accommodation part in an upper case comprising the uppercase, a coil, a capacitor, a compression coil spring adjusting screw, and the like. SOLUTION: The sensor comprises an upper case 10, a coil 41 and/or a capacitor 42 for composing an oscillation circuit, a core, a diaphragm, a lower case, and the like. The upper case 10 is composed of an accommodation part 12 that accommodates the coil 41 installed protrusively from a square box shape at nearly a center part on the upper surface of the upper case 10 and/or the capacitor 42, a cylinder part 16 that screws an adjusting screw 11, a connector housing part 13, and a plurality of engagement nibs 17 that can be engaged to the lower case. An overflow well 51 that keeps the overflow of electrical insulation filler 43 for filling is provided at a corner of the accommodation part 12.
