Crossbar distributor with coordinate wires - with distributor switching elements at crosspoints between input and output lines

Switching elements consists of a control unit controlling a switch for signals switched from one coordinate wire to another. These wires can be monitored. A certain number of switching elements with their wires are mounted on n circuit boards forming distributor modules (VTM1) pluggable into a switching panel frame. Elements monitoring output wires of modules (VTM1) are mounted on circuit boards which form an output monitoring module (VHM3, VHM4) pluggable into the switching panel frame. Elements for monitoring input wires (X1, X2) of modules (VTM1) are similarly mounted on circuit boards which form an input wire monitoring module (VHM1, VHM2). Finally, elements monitoring output wires (Y1-Y5) are also mounted on similar circuit boards which form output monitoring modules (AHM1, AHM2).
