Rail vehicle bogie rotation coupling

The bogie system for rail bound vehicles has at least two wheel sets, with two wheels on a common axle. The axles are mounted so that they can accommodate yawing and rocking movements. The wheel sets can carry out opposite deflecting movements. A steering and coupling arrangement to connect the wheel sets and cause opposite deflection has two arms which are arranged on one side of the bogie. - Each arm is connected by one end to a wheel set. The free ends are connected by coupling cylinder and piston arrangements in a housing. The connection ensures play between the ends of the arms. A rotation of one of the arms in the plane of both arms is transmitted to the other arm. The coupling arrangements are able to slide relative to each other.
