PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system allowing a user to monitor the condition of an image forming device from an information processor via a network. SOLUTION: A local area network(LAN) is formed by connecting three image forming devices 2 to 4 and the information processor 5 for screen- displaying information to a LAN communication line 1. In this network system, the completion of image forming operation performed on one of the forming devices 2 to 4 by a certain user is noticed by an inter-device noticing means in the network system to a reception area for users via a network noticed- information receiving means in the processor 5. By displaying the contents of the notice on a display area in the processor, the user can be informed of the completion of the image forming operation even if absent in the location of the forming device. |
