Sack filling and sealing mechanism - has suspension rings on turntable twisting sacks to form necks for loop fastening

The machine fills and seals plastic net bags and sacks with potatoes for retail sale. There are weighing scales for sacking-off and a clip mechanism fitting a closing loop with automatic feed for the loops. It has a turntable providing geared drive for several radially arranged sack holders, each with a horizontal suspension ring (15) securing and spreading the sack (18) open and a base (30) supporting the sack bottom. The rings and/or bases rotates about their vertical axes, and are coupled by gear wheels to the turntable spindle so as to twist the top and bottom parts of the sack relative to each other and form a neck (23). The clip mechanism swings between an intake position, in the path of the neck, against spring action into a discharge position.
