SOLUTION: For obtaining minute gas status (wind direction, wind velocity) in time and space from coarse meteorological observation data in time and space such as gas GPV data, the initial conditions and the boundary conditions obtained from the meteorological observation data are taken in partial differential equations for analyzing the gas phenomenon and operated with a parallel computer 11. In this operation, an operation period is divided in four, for example. Then the operation in each divided operation period is distributed to 4 arithmetic units CPU#1 to #4 to simultaneously proceed in parallel. By combining the operation results of each of the arithmetic units CPU#1 to #4, minute gas status (wind direction, wind velocity) in time and space can be obtained for whole operation period. As a parallel operation is executed by dividing the period in this case, the operation period is shortened according to the division.</p>
