摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve axis misalignment in the case of forming a self-forming optical waveguide. SOLUTION: When the self-forming optical waveguide having a hardened resin part 2 of a nearly fixed diameter in the passing direction of a luminous flux by confining the luminous flux having a micro diameter in the hardened part 2 is manufactured in the case of continuously forming the hardened resin part 2 the refractive index of which is raised by irradiating a photo setting resin with the luminous flux having the micro diameter and hardening it, a structure S having a low refractive index is disposed by encircling a preliminarily designed forming area so that the self-forming optical waveguide reaches a preliminarily designed end point area and so that the luminous flux having the micro diameter is refracted when shifting from the preliminarily designed forming area.
