PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the drawback of a conventional information recording card: that such a recording card, recording only formal messages usable by all members, seldom contributes to business, as for enhancing sales or determining the range of customers. SOLUTION: A card processor 13 reads member attribute information into a storage part 25 when an information recording card 11 is inserted therein. For each of records in a message table, a phrase matching the attribute information read from the card 11 is selected from a phrase table in the storage part 25. If there is no phrase table, phrases are prepared for selection. The selected message is set into an undetermined part within the message table in the storage part 25. After setting of phrases for all the records is complete, the messages determined are collectively read and written onto the message recording surface of the card 11 by means of the thermal recording part 273 of the card processor 13. |
