As shown, the members 3 are secured to members 2 by pins engaging in coincident apertures and retained by circlips (not shown). Alternatively the securing means may comprise a bolt co-operating with a captive nut clamped to a member 2. The elongate members 3 may be glued to wall 1, the spikes then extending away from the wall. |
