Method for determination of morine includes sampling, separation of morine, interaction of morine separated with chemical reagent and measurement of analytical signal. Morine from sample is separated with ethanol and it undergoes interaction with ions of scandium (III) modified on surface of sorbent Sephadex G-75, in presence of bool serum albumin and buffer solution of hexamethylentetramine. |
