The present invention provides a ceramic heating device having a heating function. The ceramic heating device includes: a ceramic sintered body including a base plate and a cover plate, formed by a ceramic sintering process; and a resistance coil disposed between the base plate and the cover plate, forming the ceramic sintered body, and resistance heated by current provided from the outside to heat the ceramic sintered body. A blocking member is disposed between the base plate and the cover plate, and the resistance coil disposed between the base plate and the cover plate is blocked from the outside by the blocking member to thus suppress heat emitted by the resistance coil from being externally lost. |
