The chamber (12) is filled with volume of gas equivalent to product of interior sectional surface of the hollow portions separated with a distance of lower than 1 mm. The hollow portion comprises a median zone to allow the liquid from one chamber to another chamber. The storage device further comprises nozzle assembled on the end of the body for extracting a liquid mixture and a syringe comprising injection end and open end to receive a piston rod in contact with the stoppers (6, 9). The liquid substances in the chamber are mixed to form the liquid mixture homogenized by agitation and extracted from the chamber. The kinematic viscosity of the liquid substance at 25[deg]C is 300-500 mm2>/s. Independent claims are also included for: (1) process of filling of substance in storage device; (2) installation for the filling of substance; and (3) preparation of homogeneous mixture.
