<p>PURPOSE:To constitute a high speed packet transmission network with much flow rate by giving simple flow rate control by means of measuring the transmission quantity of packets. CONSTITUTION:The inputted packets are inputted to a transmission circuit and outputted to a transmission path through a terminal 3 when the transmission circuit 2 is in a transmissible state. The output of the transmission circuit 2 is branched and inputted to a pulse geration circuit 5. The pulse generation circuit 5 outputs the prescribed pulse whenever the packet is inputted. The outputted pulse is inputted to a digital filter 6. A smooth output signal is compared with a prescribed value which is set in a terminal 4 in a comparator 7, and sets a system in an-attainable transmission state when a smooth output exceeds the prescribed value.</p> |
