PURPOSE:To prolong lifetime and improve productivity and then prevent the contamination of impurities into the ceramics molding and thus improve the quality by forming an insert part with silicon infiltrated silicone carbide or glass-shaped carbon. CONSTITUTION:In an injection molding simple mold for ceramics having an insert structure in its cavity and core part, the insert part is formed with silicone infiltrated silicone carbide or glass-shaped carbon. The wear resisting property, heat resistivity and hardness of the insert part consisting of silicone infiltrated silicone carbide or glass-shaped carbon are superior to that one consisting of alminium, thermosetting resin or carbon. The one consisting of silicone infiltrated silicone carbide can be obtained in such a way that silicone is infiltrated in porous carbon having less contraction in the firing period or calcined silicone carbide. And, the one consisting of glass-shaped carbon can be obtained in such a manner that phenol resin as thermoplastic resin is carbonized. |
