摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively perform the extraction treatment of soybean and to easily prepare a delicious home-made bean curd with a simple apparatus by using soybean in powdery state and completely separating the soybean flour from raw soybean juice and soya milk with a water-permeable bag. CONSTITUTION:Powdery soybean finely crushed to a proper size or a pasty soybean powder produced by grinding soybean together with water is filled in a water-permeable bag. The bag is immersed in cold water or warm water to extract soybean protein and obtain cloudy raw soybean juice. The raw soybean juice is heated and the obtained soya milk is coagulated with a coagulant.
