<p>PURPOSE:To promptly deal with a rescue operation from the outside by providing a security controlling portion which transmits a dislocking signal to an electric lock controlling circuit when someone is at home in the event of an earthquake and which keeps the door locked when no one is at home. CONSTITUTION:The occurrence of an earthquake is detected by an earthquake sensor 1 and then a detection signal is transmitted to a security controlling portion 3. At the controlling portion 3 the occurrence of the earthquake is identified and the gas is turned off at the main cock via a device 5 to be controlled and also lighting fittings are lighted. The controlling portion 3 then judges whether an absence set switch 9 is set to the code of being at home or out. When the controlling portions 3 judges that the switch 9 is set to the code of being at home, releasing of an electric lock 7 is prevented via an electric lock controlling circuit 6. When the controlling portion 3 judges that the switch 9 is set to the code of being out the electric lock 7 is released via the controlling circuit 6.</p> |
