PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain an electromagnetic relay which is small, highly sensitive and easy to assemble or adjust by constituting an electromagnetic relay using a magnetic circuit structure where permanent magnets are provided inside both magnetic poles of a U letter-shaped iron core round which a coil is wound and a U letter-shaped armature capable of inclining action so that self both ends may be opposed to both magnetic poles of the iron core is arranged. CONSTITUTION:This electromagnetic relay is equipped with a coil assembly where permanent magnets 2a, 2b are arranged near at least one side of both ends of a U letter-shaped iron core 1 round which a coil 19 is wound, and an armature assembly where a hinge spring part 5 for supporting the inclining action of a U letter-shaped armature 3 which is so arranged that self both ends may be opposed to both ends of the iron core 1, a supporting axis 1 which becomes a fulcrum, and a movable contact spring 6 are fixed in a body with an insulator 8. And it is equipped with an insulator base table 17 which has a fixed contact terminal 13 having a fixed contact 12 that opposes a movable contact 4 when the coil assembly is arranged in the upper opening and the armature assembly is arranged thereupon, a neutral terminal 14 which connects with one end of the hinge spring part 5, and a bearing part 16 which supports the supporting axis 7. Hereby, assembling and adjustment can be easily executed. |
