<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expose keys even with radio equipment folded, to secure the minimum display, to consider portability and to improve operability by making the 2nd housing freely rotate against the 1st housing. SOLUTION: On the surface of a housing 1, a display part 2, a key operation part 3, a telephone transmitter 4 are successively arranged downward from a connecting part consisting of a hinge part 5. A movable housing 7 can rotate at an angle of 180 deg. against the operation plane of the housing 1 and when the housing 7 is elected, rotated at 180 deg. in the direction of an arrow and positioned in its open state, a portable radio equipment 18 has such a length where a telephone receiver 6 is positioned just at a ear and the transmitter 4 is positioned at a mouth. Because the entire length of the equipment 18 becomes short when the housing 7 is folded toward the operation plane, and the housing 7 also has only the receiver 6, the thickness and scale of the part where the housing 7 is folded are not so large and offer excellent portability.</p> |
