<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology smoothly starting an internal combustion engine with mixed fuel without complicating a structure of a system combining a fuel cell and an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel supply system 101 supplies fuel to the internal combustion engine 5 generating power by burning the mixed fuel, and is provided with a fuel supply means 6 for operation supplying the mixed fuel to the internal combustion engine 5 under operation, and a fuel supply means 6 for start supplying fuel having higher concentration than the fuel supplied to the internal combustion engine 5 by the fuel supply means 6 for operation to the internal combustion engine 5 as fuel for start.
