PURPOSE: A structure of a sidewalk overpass having an elevator is provided to reduce the installing cost by minimizing the occupied area of a road due to the installment of the elevator. CONSTITUTION: A sidewalk overpass is constructed by the steps of: installing a steel bridge(2) produced to install an elevator inside, securing a space for passing the elevator, fixing a steel mold(1) produced with a bolt by welding to complete a rahmen typed structure, and connecting an elevator room(3) at the upper part of a mold with the steel bridge to complete a sidewalk overpass. And a fence and a rail are installed at the front part of the elevator door to be opened and closed at the same time with the opening and closing of the door in the elevator for preventing an accident when riding and getting off from the elevator.
