<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of congestion by suppressing the increase of load on a communication network while reducing the stress of a user by providing the user with game amusement in the connecting operation even when a large number of viewers, who view a broadcasting program, make communication from their portable telephone sets through the communication network to a specified connecting destination. SOLUTION: Connecting destination information such as telephone number and URL for a connection to the specified connecting destination shown by the broadcasting program is received through a television receiver 10 by a portable telephone set 20 and in the case of linking the broadcasting program and the portable telephone set 20 for connecting the destination from the portable telephone set 20 through a communication network 30 on the basis of the connecting destination information, a game, which can be played on the portable telephone set 20 by the user, is executed.
