PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a correction range to a geomagnetic declination while reducing cost.SOLUTION: A magnetic material 10 for geomagnetic declination correction, capable of correcting a geomagnetic declination comprises: a pair of long magnetic members 12 and 14; and a magnet 20 provided between the pair of long magnetic members 12 and 14 and for magnetizing the long magnetic members 12 and 14. The magnet 20 forms an S pole at the end part 12A on one end side of one long magnetic member 12 in the longitudinal direction and an N pole at an end part 12B on the other end side thereof in the longitudinal direction. The magnet 20 forms an N pole at an end part 14A on one end side of the other long magnetic member 14 in the longitudinal direction and an S pole at an end part 14B on the other end side thereof in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
