The sand picture includes a sand, a mineral particle having natural color, a dyeing particle, a floating particle, a vegetable oil, a mineral oil and a crystal fluid in a transparent case in the frame. The method for making the sand picture comprises: preparing particle materials, a preparing a case and preparing a crystal fluid; pouring particles in the case; and in the finishing the case to insert outer frame of "U" type.
